Comments: The documentation attached by the participant must contain:
1. The table of prices, filled in according to the attached form "Table of prices";
2. General information about the participant, according to the attached template "Participant Questionnaire";
3. Yealink partner status.
4. Experience in sales of this type of product - at least 3 (three) years.
5. Mandatory provision of a reference proposal indicating the cost of delivery to the regions according to the Appendix "Delivery Pricing Table".
6. Confirmation of other conditions:
• delivery at the request of the Customer submitted by e-mail;
• the minimum size of the value of positions in one order is not limited;
• Delivery of the Goods to addresses within Moscow is carried out at the expense and by the Supplier. The cost of delivery of the Goods to addresses in other cities of Russia is agreed by the parties additionally by e-mail.
• the term of the contract is 12 months;
• Compliance with the specification: Price table lot No. 1, Price table lot No. 2
Additionally:
Only one of the lots can be submitted.
It is not allowed to submit proposals for an incomplete lot (see the form "Tables of prices")
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.

Обоснование: По итогам рассмотрения полученных предложений, принято решение:
- согласовать победителя ООО "Манго Телеком" в части поставки телефонных аппаратов Yealink по московскому региону;
- согласовать победителя ООО "Воип Телеком" в части поставки телефонных аппаратов Yealink в регионы.
Позиция по телефонам Termit пролонгирована с текущим поставщиком.
