The number of purchased goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity can be reduced unilaterally by X5 Retail Group, including after selecting the winner and concluding a contract with him.
The request for proposals is not a tender and the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation do not apply to it. X5 Retail Group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all received applications.
