Comments:
1. A mandatory condition of the tender is:
- fixing the price until June 30, 2023;
- availability of valid accreditation of the Federal Grid Company.
In case of repeated/initial accreditation, you can specify the validity period of the current accreditation or receive an invitation for accreditation from the contractor responsible for conducting the tender by sending a request in the body of an e-mail with the name of the legal entity and TIN, to the e-mail: LaptevaAV@fsk.ru until 08.06.2023 inclusive.
2. Please note that the procedures carried out by the Procurement Department of the Federal Grid Company on the B2B site are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the system regulations, the winner of the request for proposals becomes the participant who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals (B2B-Center System Regulations, Chapter 8, p. 8.10.1).
3. The tender will be held in stage 1: collection of commercial proposals until 18:00_09.06.2023.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
