Comments:
The tender is held in 3 stages:
1. Collection of technical and commercial proposals on the website www.b2b-center.ru .
2. Google Meet telephone conferences with bidders.
3. Collection of updated technical and commercial proposals.

Initial participation in the tender procedures on the website www.b2b-center.ru possible by promo codes (FREE OF CHARGE).
To receive a promo code, you need to send an email to the organizer of the tender (Nadezhda Komissarova - komissarovank@pik-comfort.ru ) send a request for a promo code that specifies the company name and TIN.
A promo code request is possible only after registration on the B2B-Center ETP. Therefore, we draw your attention to the advance registration on the B2B-Center ETP.
In the future, it will be necessary to pay a subscription fee according to the selected tariff for the B2B-Center ETP.

2. INFORMATION ON FILLING OUT AND SENDING A TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL:
In the technical and commercial proposal, it is necessary to fill in all the cells highlighted in green: company name, cost per unit, delivery time, qualification information, etc..
The table "Qualification information" is mandatory! In the "Qualification data" table, it is strictly necessary to select /fill in the values from those proposed in parentheses (...).
In the technical and commercial proposal, it is PROHIBITED ( !!!) to change the values in all cells except green!
The technical and commercial proposal must be sent in two formats:
1. Filled in Excel format – must be filled in (you do not need to certify it);
2. Scan in pdf format. To do this, you need:
Print the completed offer in A4 format, so that the prices are visible.
 certify the technical and commercial proposal, necessarily indicating the full name, signature and seal ON EACH PAGE;
 scan the certified file (A4 format).
3. Please attach a card with the company's details to the TAP

Applications for participation in the tender are accepted until 13:00 on July 23, 2022.
Technical and commercial proposals must be attached to the application on the site of the electronic bidding center "b2b". Link to the site – https://www.b2b-center.ru / .

All contractors of LLC "Mayak" must have a permit to work with GC Mayak.
To do this, you must be accredited on the PEAK Comfort website by following the link: https://tender.pik-comfort.ru/accreditation/user .

Accreditation is a process parallel to the submission of an application for a tender, but MANDATORY. The decision of the Security Department is needed by the time the winner of the tender is selected.
