Invitation to participate in the Sale Announcement: Selection of a contractor for the provision of services for the purchase and sale of recyclables (wooden pallets, used vegetable oil - deep–frying) in the Ready-to-Eat BE. The second stage

The Competition being held is not a Competition (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is a Request for proposals (an invitation to make offers).

Procedure and conditions of participation

The announcement of the sale will be carried out in the form of electronic collection of commercial proposals according to the Application Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

The place of the procedure is SET b2b-center.ru .
Participation in this procedure is free of charge.

The announcement of the sale will take place from 06/15/2023 to 06/19/2023 until 15:00 (Moscow time) with a possible extension after the end of the main time.

Proposals of participants who have not confirmed the bids placed according to the Application-specification form (Appendix No. 1) following the results of the procedure in strict accordance with the bids submitted on the site (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) (to Ole email.Kalinina@x5.ru ) within three hours after the end of the procedure, will not be accepted for consideration. Must match the bids submitted on b2b-center.ru .

When submitting the price, the participant must attach:
• the regulations, certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization (Appendix No. 2 of the documentation) by uploading the documents to the ETP;
• a completed questionnaire (Appendix No. 3 of the documentation) in Excel and PDF electronic format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading the documents to the ETP;
• counterparty card (Appendix No. 4 of the documentation) in Excel and PDF electronic format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading the documents to the ETP;
• letter of consent willingness to sign the standard form of the contract (in free form on the letterhead of the organization) by uploading documents to the ETP;

Correction of documentation forms (adding/deleting lines, changing wording) by Participants is not allowed.
The organizer of the procedure reserves the right to reschedule.
