Comments:
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer. Procurement procedures are not regulated by the provisions of the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 № 223-FZ "On Procurement of Goods, Works, Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities", as well as by the provisions of the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 as of April 5, 2013. Applicants who submitted an offer on time and/or in violation of the procedures of the bidding company and/or who do not meet the selected evaluation criteria may be excluded from the bidding procedure. When bidding through the electronic trading platform, offers are not accepted in other ways.
Venue of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on E-marketplace of B2B-Center Group (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' bids shall be submitted in the form of an e-document.

For consideration of the offer it is necessary to provide:
1. This Terms of Reference and its annexes with comments on compliance Yes/No.
2. Filled price table and/or estimate calculation. Appendix 2_Table of prices and guarantees.
3. Schedule of delivery and execution of works. Appendix 2_Table of prices and guarantees.
4. PID process diagram with delivery boundaries, its description and specification.
5. Technical description of the offer. Technical and structural characteristics of the equipment used materials.
6. The proposal shall indicate the need for energy (electricity, water, compressed air, etc.) and other auxiliary and consumables during normal operation.
7. Reference list confirming the experience of performing such works.

Absence of required documents is the basis for reduction of tender evaluation
