Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Please note that participation in this tender is possible only when filling all calculation options! (both lots)

1. Terms and conditions of payment - in accordance with the terms specified in the description (name) of lots.
2. Provision of a Bank guarantee at the advance of 10,000,000 rubles (BG from the bank entrance. to TOP 100 banks, BG according to the template of JSC "Tander", the validity period of the BG equals the entire construction period of the facility +60 days with the moment of commissioning of the facility or signing the final COP2 and COP3 on the investment program).
3. The guarantee amount is 5% of the value of the contract, is paid to the general contractor 1 year after the Act of Acceptance of the performed works. This condition is included in the contract if the amount of the contract is equal to or exceeds 20 000 000 rubles.
4. Warranty period for performed works - 2 years
5. The period of production of works is 60 calendar days.
6. In the dismantling of internal utilities and systems, it is necessary to arrange actual placement schemes with links on the plan of utility networks and equipment for subsequent installation utilities and equipment.$ When mounting these schemes are agreed with the Customer.
7. The organization must be a member of the SRO and have at least 5 people of the ITR
8. Main/profile activity of the organization and experience of carrying out works on repairs and SMR
9. Necessity of accreditation in JSC "Tander" for consideration of the results of the tender and further carrying out works

A procurement participant can repeatedly improve their price offer before the end of submission.

Only one legal entity can participate in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated companies (related). The other is regarded as a restriction of competition and is grounds for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.
