Selection of a contractor for work on the installation of facades (SFTK)

Dmitrovsky district, g/village. Dmitrov, in the area of Marinino village.

The form of the CMP contract and the project documentation are attached to this procedure.

Briefly on working conditions:
- Advance payment of works (with a positive conclusion of the SB).
- Payment of completed works – within 15 working days.
- Warranty deductions – up to 5% of the cost of the SMR, depending on the type of work performed. They are paid 15 days after signing the Final Act (special conditions for the PS).
- Nominated prices for basic materials (paid by the materials of the GC "Airplane" directly to suppliers).
- Electronic document management.

Delivery of the main material is 100% nomination. The OMTS Department of the AIRCRAFT Group conducts a tender for delivery, as a result, the winner - Supplier is determined. Further, this Supplier enters into a direct supply contract with the Contractor. After that, the Contractor submits an bid through the S.Materials electronic service for the supply of materials and equipment. According to the distribution letters of the Group of Companies, the AIRCRAFT pays for the supply of materials and equipment directly to the Supplier.

Accommodation at the facilities is possible.

2. Mandatory passage of accreditation from the AIRCRAFT Group of Companies on the E-Marketplace: partner.samolet.ru
3. Annual turnover of 6 million rubles for 2022 or 2023.
