The subscription fee is paid for each object, when carrying out maintenance on it with the provision of certificates of service, once every 3 months
Works carried out in an emergency and unscheduled repairs (upon request) are paid separately, within 10 banking days, according to an agreed preliminary estimate and the closing documents provided with a service certificate on the work performed.

We invite you to take part in the Request for Proposals to select a contractor for the maintenance and repair of gates, roller shutters, automatic doors and handling equipment at GM FCS Karusel of the Central Branch of X5 Retail Group

The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Contest being held is a Request for Proposals (an invitation to make offers).

Procedure and conditions of participation

The request for proposals will be carried out in the form of a request for proposals in accordance with the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

The place of the procedure is SET b2b-center.ru.
Participation in this procedure is free of charge.

The request for proposals will take place on 08/13/2021 until 08/19/2021 12:00 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the main time.

A prerequisite for participation is the attachment to b2b-center.ru of the final offer following the results of the Request for Proposals (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization), indicating: prices for each lot in RUBLES excluding VAT 18%.

To participate in this stage, you need to UPLOAD THE FULL LIST OF DOCUMENTS ON THE b2b-center.ru e-marketplace:
ü regulations certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization (Appendix No. 2);
ü completed questionnaire - Qualification requirements (Appendix No. 3 of the tender documentation) in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the organization);
ü counterparty card (Appendix No. 4 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel format;
ü letter - agreement with the terms of reference and readiness to sign a standard contract form (in free form on the company's letterhead).
Correction of the Tender Documentation forms (adding / deleting lines, changing the wording) by the Bidders is not allowed.

The organizer reserves the right to conduct rebidding.

Draw your attention to! If missing documents are found, the submitted proposal will not be accepted for consideration!

Documents are provided in the following form: scans of documents in pdf format, file name, date (the date should reflect the day of signing (registration, issuance) of the document). One file must contain one document!
