4. List of constituent documents on the list
5. Application for qualifying requirements and all necessary annexes (appendix A + List of documents from column F) In column E, you must either YES or NO (signature, print)
6. Application-agreement with the contract template (signature, stamp)
7. Price list for the region to which you are claiming for the purpose of primary market analysis. In the next steps You will be asked to improve your original offer (EXCEL)

All forms of documents are provided to You.
Also You are offered for information forecast volumes (in the contract will not be fixed), the technical specification and the contract template.

The Number of stages of the Tender will be determined after all participants pass a potential list of qualifying.
