Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Comments:
All essential conditions and requirements, including an unchanged and approved Contract template in the Bank, are specified in the attached documentation.

The customer reserves the right to conduct a final rebidding among the participants.

For settlements under the Contract, the winner of the procurement procedure is recommended to use a settlement account opened with ALFA-BANK JSC.

The criterion for evaluating and selecting the winner is the best offer of the participant.
The quantity of goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity specified in the procurement documentation is indicative and represents a limit (maximum quantity) that can be selected (or not selected) by the Bank during the term of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity purchased by the Bank may be reduced by the Bank unilaterally, including after selecting the winner and concluding an agreement with him.
The request for prices and offers is not an auction and the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation do not apply to it. The Bank is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all received applications.
Participants should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when submitting their applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
