Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:The purpose of the monitoring procedure is to determine the components included in the Contractor's commission for the services provided – attracting self-employed to perform basic work at the Customer's facilities (TC5).

Dear suppliers, we draw your attention to the fact that you can repeatedly improve your offers until the deadline for submitting applications.

To participate in monitoring, you need to upload the following documents to the ETP:
• signed by the responsible person Appendix No. 3;
• a completed counterparty card (Appendix No. 2) in electronic Excel format (all items are required to be filled in, changing the table format is strictly prohibited); Instructions for filling in can be found in Appendix No. 2.1;
• a completed form for monitoring the components of the agency commission (Appendix No. 6) in electronic Excel format. For each component of the agency commission, a percentage share must be indicated, the sum of all shares is 100%. All elements whose proportion is ≥ 5% must have a clear name;

If the full package of documents is not provided, the initiator of monitoring has the right to make a requery of the documents that have not been submitted.

This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
