Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Dear suppliers, we draw your attention to the fact that you can repeatedly improve your offers until the deadline for submitting applications.

To participate in electronic bidding, you need to upload the following documents to the ETP:
• the participant's questionnaire signed by the responsible person (Appendix No. 3);
• a completed counterparty card (Appendix No. 2) in electronic Excel format (all items are required to be filled in, changing the table format is strictly prohibited); Instructions for filling in can be found in Appendix No. 2.1;
• scanned copy of the statement of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation (no later than a month ago at the time of submission);
• certificate of absence of tax arrears;
• counterparty's accounting statements for 2022
If the full package of documents is not provided, the initiator of the competition has the right to make a requery of the documents not provided. If the documents are not provided on time after the requery, the participant is disqualified.

This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
