Providing 100% deferred payment will be
an advantage.

Terms of work: prescribed in the terms of reference

Comments:
Attach a commercial offer indicating the nomenclature, prices, delivery dates, payment procedure (in free form), a passport for planting material, a certificate of personnel and technical resources, a reference list for carrying out a similar type of work. Certificate of seed quality.

Requirements for seeds for growing planting material: category not lower than normal, Class 1 (in accordance with Federal Law No. 149-FZ of 17.12.1997 (ed. of 11.06.2021) "On seed production", "Instructions on forest seed production in the Russian Federation" (approved by Rosleskhoz 11.01.2000)

All requirements and work schedule are specified in the TOR file in the procurement documentation.

The cost of delivery of planting material is included in the cost of production.

A rebidding is planned.
