Payment terms:Payments for used oils must be made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account within 10 banking days from the date of receipt of the original documents from the Supplier.
Location and terms of delivery:The export of used oils must be carried out by the Buyer, if necessary, it is possible, by prior request, to deliver the oils by the Supplier from the territory of: Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, Langepas, Northern Industrial Zone, building 9.
Georeferencing:Tyumen region, Langepas, Northern Industrial Zone, building 9.
Comments:
The necessary set of documents for the conclusion of the contract:
1. Provision of a commercial offer with a signature and seal. Terms of payment, delivery;
2. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
3. A copy of the value added tax (VAT) declaration with a receipt for acceptance by the tax authority;
4. Certificate of state registration of a legal entity;
5. Certificate of tax registration of a legal entity;
6. Certificate on the status of payments for taxes and fees, dated no more than 30 days before the date of submission;
7. Articles of Association;
8.Accounting statements for the last reporting period;
9. Certificates, licenses, dealer relations;
10. Current business card.
Guided by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation:
- this procedure for requesting an offer is not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
- this procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061h.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
- the organizer has the right to refuse the received offers for any reason or to terminate the procedure for requesting prices at any time, without incurring any responsibility.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
