Payment terms:Prices are indicated in USD, taking into account all taxes, fees and duties provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the terms of DDP Moscow.

100% post-payment within 30 CD after signing the invoice TORG-12; prices of nomenclature units are indicated in orders in US dollars; the ruble equivalent of payments for purchase orders is calculated on the basis of the official exchange rate of the ruble against the US dollar set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of payment of the corresponding Order.
Delivery terms:Place and term of fulfillment of the partner's obligations:
Moscow.
The guaranteed delivery time from the moment of placing the order is no more than 8 weeks.

The frequency of orders is within 1 year for orders.

Participants in the procurement procedure must meet the following requirements:
Detailed requirements for participants in the procurement procedure are given in appendix [05 SoC.xlsx ].

The participant fills in the table and attaches the documents necessary for confirmation to check for compliance with the requirements.

The contract is valid for 1 year.

Comments:
The participant must fill out and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements [05 SoC.xlsx ].

It is allowed to offer only the specification given in the KP form.

The request for prices is not an auction and the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation do not apply to it.
X5 Group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all received applications.
Participants should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when submitting their applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
