Payment terms:Non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment after delivery of each batch of materials. Payment is made in rubles of the Russian Federation within 30 calendar days from the date of providing the Customer with the originals of properly executed invoices, invoices and certificates.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the TOR, no more than 30 calendar days from the date of placing the order. The period of cooperation is 1 year.

Dear Participants,
The request for proposals will be conducted according to the Application Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 3).

The request for proposals will be held from 04.10.2022 to 12:00 on 18.10.2022 (Moscow time) with a possible extension after the end of the main time.
Participation in this procedure is free of charge.

At the time of the procedure, it is necessary to load the electronic platform:
- a completed Application specification (Appendix No. 1 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization);
- a completed questionnaire - Qualification requirements (Appendix No. 6 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization);
- counterparty's card (Appendix No. 4 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel format by uploading documents to the ETP;
- a letter of agreement with the terms of the terms of reference and willingness to sign a standard form of the contract (in free form on the letterhead of the organization with signature and seal) by uploading documents to the ETP;

SAMPLES
Upon completion of the Stage of collecting proposals, the Commission will decide on the Companies to participate in Stage 2 – providing samples. Providing samples within 7 working days from the moment of request (Moscow), the testing period within 10 working days.

The request for proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Competition is a Request for proposals (an invitation to make offers).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
