Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:• Method and terms of payment - non-cash form of settlements, 100% post-payment, within 10 banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on the services rendered (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with the originals, correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, of primary accounting documents (invoices, acts of work performed, details).
Delivery terms:• Delivery (cooperation) period - from 08.2020 to 12.2022, i.e. at least 2 years. By the end of the specified period, it is planned to conduct a new tender for the next period.

Dear suppliers, we draw your attention to the fact that you can repeatedly improve your offers until the end of the application submission.

Participants must fill out the form "Qualification questionnaire for selecting a contractor for conducting preliminary and periodic medical examinations" Appendix 2 and 3.
Participants fill in Appendix 4 in writing and submit a completed form, if one of the criteria is "no", then the participant does not pass for further evaluation / if all criteria are "yes", the participant undergoes further evaluation.
