Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:100% post-payment within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the equipment to the facility, subject to the provision of correctly executed (in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation) signed originals of primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices, certificates, etc.).
Delivery terms:The equipment is delivered by and at the expense of the Supplier, on time and at the address (s) specified in the Orders:
Delivery time is not more than 14 (fourteen) calendar days, including delivery to the facility in the Division for regular orders;
Delivery time is not more than 7 (seven) calendar days, for orders marked "Urgent" (urgent delivery is previously agreed by the Customer).

Dear suppliers, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that you can repeatedly improve your offers before the deadline for submitting applications.

• Definitely! Send the completed technical requirements to the PU (Appendix No. 1 to this Invitation), the participant's questionnaire (Appendix No. 3 to this Invitation), the counterparty card (Appendix No. 3 to this Invitation) before the end of the auction No. 4 to this Invitation), Technical description of the equipment proposed for delivery by uploading documents to the ETP (the ability to upload documents to the site appears after quotation of the lots).

This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations on the customer's choice supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
