Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

Auto-extension

Dear participants!

Important!!! The participant of the procedure can submit several alternative applications at once, including in different currencies. At the same time, the main application must be submitted in Russian rubles. If the participant can offer several different models, it is necessary to enter with several applications, the Customer will consider all applications.

Mandatory conditions for KA:
1. Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days
2. Consent to the signing of the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)
3. Fixing the price until 31.12.2023
4. The number of pallets that 1 set of equipment occupies is 5+0 (6+0)
5. The number of pallets that 1 set of equipment occupies is 5+5 (6+6)
6. The number of pallets that 1 set of equipment occupies is 5+10 (6+10)
7. Readiness to confirm the delivery with a bank guarantee (yes/no), conditions
8. Telemetry information (indicate the vendor's name, the cost of developing telemetry, the cost of licenses, software, monthly fees, etc. complete information for estimating the cost of telemetry costs)

Other requirements and explanations:
1. The cost of delivery should be indicated for the delivery of 1 pallet to the Buyer's object within the specified district. Free delivery by the Supplier to one or more regions will be considered an advantage. When submitting a commercial offer with free delivery, the price should reflect the cost of "1"
2. The cost of installation should be indicated for a set of equipment in the specified region. Free installation by the Supplier in one or more regions will be considered an advantage. When submitting a commercial offer with free installation, the price should reflect the cost of "1"
3. The cost of re-departure should also be indicated by the price list. The re-departure must include transportation costs to the installation site of the furnace and all work to restore the operability of the equipment. The need for a repeat call may be due to a request from the Customer about a malfunction of the equipment / the requirement to reinstall the program / the unavailability of the object for installation during the initial departure of the installer and other similar cases and should be fixed until 12/31/2023
4. To participate in the competition, it is necessary to attach fully completed technical specifications, and all documentation for the equipment in accordance with the requirements of the terms of reference. Commercial offers without technical documentation will not be considered.
5. To the Commercial offer it is necessary to add a file with prices for spare parts (price without VAT) and with fixing until 31.12.2023
6. Within one lot, it is possible to divide the purchase volume between several participants.
7. Free software and license will be considered a competitive advantage.

Participation is free.
EDS is not required.

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
