Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Method and terms of payment - non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment, within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the batch (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices, UPD) correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation).

DEAR PARTICIPANTS! PLEASE UPDATE THE CONTACT INFORMATION ON THE B2B-CENTER ELECTRONIC PLATFORM, SINCE COMMUNICATION IS CARRIED OUT AT THE EMAIL ADDRESSES AND PHONE NUMBERS INDICATED ON THE ETP.
• The Company has no tax claims, litigation with clients regarding the failure to perform work in full, the performance of substandard work, violation of contractual obligations on the part of the participant.
• The Company has its own production of products or the status of an official representative of the manufacturer, confirmed by the authorizing documents from the manufacturer.
• At the request of the Customer, the organization by the participating Company of a request for proposals of an audit of production, as well as the possibility of conducting such an audit during the period of cooperation.
• Support of the Customer by the Company during the period of cooperation on issues of working with products, visiting problematic objects at the request of the Customer.
• The quality of the Company's products must comply with the norms and requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in relation to this type of product, have certificates of quality compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
• Each Participant on the offered products must provide:
o copies of the production specifications confirming the established production of products declared by the participant in the request for proposals
o product passports
o operating requirements
o recommendations for installation
o lighting calculations in the software "Dialux", developed in accordance with the planning solutions (attached in Autocad), and the cost of lighting calculations for them.
• Each participant must provide:
o a scanned copy of the statement of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities/EGRIP issued by the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation (no later than a month ago at the time of submission)
o the balance sheet for the last three years
o an extract on the absence of tax arrears
o other documents if requested by the Customer by e-mail.
• The Company is welcome to have its own or leased (long-term lease) warehouses for storing finished products in the branches of the Customer's facilities.
• Organization and maintenance by the Company in its warehouses of a permanent stock of products for Customer orders in the amount of at least 10% of the Customer's monthly needs.

This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the customer at the choice of the supplier
