Before submitting a Commercial Offer, it is IMPERATIVE to familiarize yourself with the file "Requirements Specifications for the supply of SANY D495A tractors".

For information, the Buyer's E-Marketplace contains the Buyer's contract form, an additional agreement on EDI.

The offer must be executed on the company's letterhead with a seal and signature and submitted to the Competitive Bidding Process Organizer within the prescribed time, including the mandatory provision of documentation specified in clause9.7 of this Terms of Reference.
The commercial offer must contain the following information:
• Full name of the company, TIN/KPP;
• Name, description and value of the Goods;
• Offer validity period;
• Terms and delivery time;
• Terms of payment;
• Ability to work in EDI (specify the operator)

PRICES ARE INDICATED ON THE E-Marketplace WITHOUT VAT.

Confirmation of the FINAL price offer is carried out by the application of the commercial offer, the cost in the Commercial Offer is indicated with VAT.

General requirements.
Each electronic document should be:
• easy to read;
• saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices should also be grouped into one file (for example, the Charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
• the name of each file should indicate its content, the name of the counterparty.

What to upload to E-Marketplace
1 A copy of the Company's Charter in the current edition certified and sealed by the Bidder;
2 Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
3 Certificate of registration of a Russian organization with a tax authority at its location in the territory of the Russian Federation;
4 Copies of documents certified by the Bidder (orders, minutes of the founders' meeting on the appointment of the head, etc.) confirming the authority of the person who signed the proposal, as well as his right to conclude the relevant Contract based on the results of an open price request. If the proposal is signed by a power of attorney, the original or notarized copy of the power of attorney and the above documents shall be provided to the person who issued the power of attorney.

6 Information information on the Customer's form (Appendix No. 1);
7 Copies of certificates of conformity of the State Standard of Russia, sanitary and epidemiological conclusions.

Documentation from the Bidder must necessarily meet the general requirements for downloadable documentation.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
