Payment terms:The prices in the request for quotations according to the Application-specification (Appendix No. 1 to this Invitation) must be indicated in Russian rubles for 1 unit of measurement for each item in the lot, excluding VAT, but taking into account other taxes for this type of goods , duties and other necessary costs of the Supplier (products, loading and unloading, travel expenses, etc.) to fulfill the Customer's orders.
The prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period of not less than 1 year from the date of the conclusion of the contract.
Method of payment - non-cash form of payment;
The date of execution by the Customer of its obligations to pay for services is the date of writing-off of funds from the Customer's current account.
Payment:
100% postpay within 30 calendar days from the date of signing of commodity-administrative documents.
In the case of a claim to the Supplier for the quality of the goods being stitched and / or the time of delivery of the goods, the Customer has the right to suspend payment for the delivered goods, but not more than the amount of the Customer's claim.
Delivery terms:Requirement to Participants: send samples of lots No.№ 1, 3, 4, 18, 24, 25, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47 to the Customer's address. Not later than September 14, 2018.
