1. Appendix No. 1 - KP courier delivery request form, KP sheet, in excel and PDF format with company seal and signature;
2. Appendix No. 1 - KP Courier delivery request form, Questionnaire sheet, in excel and PDF format with company seal and signature;
3. Company details on the form in an editable format

Please note that in the file Appendix No. 1, it is mandatory to fill out 2 sheets - a KP and a Questionnaire.

You can repeatedly change your offer.
