Comments: As part of this stage, the Bidder must complete and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of the RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements of [05 Qualification Requirements.xlsx] (listed in column D of the specified file).

Items that relate to a specific lot may not be filled in if the Bidder does not submit an bid for this lot. To form a bet, you must use the file from the Application [06 Form KP_HO TS5 and X5 Digital 2024.xlsx ] to the Bid Documentation. Proposals can be submitted only on the specified form.
If an offer is submitted after the specified deadline or not in the form of a Request, the Customer has the right not to consider such an offer.
Questions within the framework of stage #1 of the procurement procedure are accepted until 10:00 (Moscow time) on 05/03/2024.
