All documents must contain the name of the document.
(!) Bidders can submit Bids for one or more lots, and it is mandatory to submit an Bid for all Items within the selected lot(s) according to the file [06 Form КП.xlsx ]
The planned volume given in [06 Form КП.xlsx ] can be changed both up and down.
Bidders who have not sent a complete package of documents through the B2B-Center Platform system or who have sent documents filled out incorrectly, as well as Bidders who do not meet at least one of the qualification selection criteria specified in Appendix No. 7, are recognized as not meeting the documentation requirements and do not participate in further selection.
Questions within the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted by 15:00 (Moscow time) on August 10, 2023 (questions can be sent by e-mail konkurs@x5.ru , as well as post it on the e-mail site in the "Explanations" section). All questions on the merits of the procurement procedure must be formalized by the Bidders in writing.
In case of refusal to participate in the procedure, BE sure to inform about it, indicating the reason, by 16:00 (Moscow time) on August 10, 2023 to the e-mail address Konkurs@x5.ru .
