-30% advance payment, according to the terms of the Agreement;
- 20% Interim payment from the moment the Contractor receives a Permit to carry out works on preservation of the cultural heritage object from the Ministry of culture of the RUSSIAN Federation on the basis of the invoice and the aforementioned Permit provided to the Customer;
- 30%-Interim payment on the basis of invoiced and signed by the Parties of the Act of receiving-transfer of scientific and design documentation (Appendix № 4), as well as a document with a note on the coordination of the relevant body for the protection of monuments Ministry of culture of the RUSSIAN Federation of coordinated Scientific and design documentation;
- 20%-final payment after the preparation of the scientific-restoration report on completion of the construction and restoration works;
- Payment is made in RUSSIAN rubles;
- Prices for services are specified in rubles, taking into account all taxes, fees and duties stipulated by the legislation of the RUSSIAN Federation, as well as taking into account all possible overhead costs.
Delivery terms:
Select a provider to run on the object at the address of Moscow, ul. Myasnytska, 13, p. 1 of the following types of works for ALFA-BANK JSC:
• Conducting Historical and cultulogological examination of the Heritage object (IOE) with the issuance of the conclusion, development and coordination of the task for restoration;
• Development of the project of restoration of elements of protection;
• Development of the project of the drip repair and redevelopment;
• Author's supervision.
