Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

1. Within 15 calendar days after the conclusion of the supply contract, the manufacturer (supplier) provides the Customer with the initial data for detailed design.
The calculation of the commercial offer must be performed in the TER of the Moscow region
2. Works are carried out outdoors. Methods and technologies of construction works must comply with the requirements of the current NTD RF and the requirements of the manufacturer of metal structures (if any) and agreed with the Customer. "
3. The Contractor develops the PPR, coordinates it with the Customer.
4. The contractor performs and submits the executive technical documentation for the performed scope of work in accordance with the current NTD RF
5. The Contractor submits to the Customer an unconditional, irrevocable bank guarantee, the terms of which must be agreed with the Customer:
5.1. BG for proper performance in the amount of 15% of the cost of work or 15% deduction. Withholding 15% is paid to the contractor within 90 days after the completion of the full scope of the contract. BG is issued taking into account the return after 90 days from the date of completion of the work.
5.2. BG for a warranty period of 36 months at 5% of the cost of work or 5% deduction. Return of warranty withholding within 10 days of the expiration of the warranty period. BG is issued taking into account the return after 10 days after the expiration of the warranty period.
5.3. BG in advance - due date + 90 days.
6. The Contractor must, no later than ten (10) business days prior to the planned date of receipt of any of the Advance Payments (and as a condition for receiving such Advance Payment), provide a bank guarantee for the return of the Advance Payment in an amount equal to the respective Advance Payment.
7. All settlements related to the execution of the Agreement will be carried out exclusively through the system of separate bank accounts opened by the Contractor in the bank agreed with the Customer.
8. Construction, installation and commissioning works are performed by the Contractor without the involvement of third parties.
9. The cost of crane equipment and staff mobilization should be included in the total cost of the work.
10. All costs of the contractor must be included in the price.
