Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

ATTENTION TO PARTICIPANTS!

Product samples must be provided in accordance with the requirements described in Appendix No. 4_"Qualification Requirements"
Samples are received in the period from 9.00-18.00/22.12.2021. (another date must be agreed with the procurement organizer). The rules for providing samples are described in Appendices 5, 5.1.

Based on the results of the qualification selection, a pool of suppliers for each LOT will be approved based on compliance with the qualification requirements. During the year, actual monthly bids for the production and supply of printed products will be sent only to the approved pool of suppliers within each lot.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
