Payment terms:Покупатель обязуется оплатить полученную продукцию с отсрочкой не менее 30 и не более 60 календарных дней после фактического получения продукции при условии предоставления счетов-фактур и сертификатов качества. Счет-фактура предоставляется Покупателю в течение 5 дней после отгрузки продукции. Расчеты производятся денежными средствами, а также могут иметь иную форму, не противоречащую действующему законодательству РФ, в т.ч. путем передачи векселей и пр.
Delivery terms:• Доставка транспортом Поставщика до склада Грузополучателя, затраты по доставке включаются в стоимость продукции;
• Поставка продукции на склад Покупателя. Транспортировка продукции согласно техническим условиям завода-изготовителя;
• Объем поставки является предварительным и уточняется Заказчиком по текущей потребности;
• Продукция должна соответствовать, указанной в перечне закупаемой продукции, маркировке;
• Продукция должна быть новой, не ранее 2013-2014 гг., ранее не использовавшаяся.
Подробное описание закупаемой продукции, а также технические требования к ней содержатся в техническом задании.
