OOO TD Polymetal invites you to take part in the tender for the performance of airborne geophysical work with an AS 350 or MI-8T helicopter within the northern part of the Dukat area for the needs of OOO Omolon Gold Ore Company.

The approximate scope of work is reflected in the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1 to the TOR) and includes:
1. Lot # 1 - Airborne geophysical works - 5,500 linear meters;
2. Lot # 2 - Helicopter rental services - 300 hours.

Detailed requirements for the project are reflected in the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1 to the original letter) and its annexes.
If you are interested in performing work, please provide a commercial offer, no later than 03/19/2021, which must contain:
1. Commercial proposal in the form - Cards-proposals (Appendix No. 2 to the original letter);
2. Detailed cost calculation;
3. All necessary permits in accordance with the TK;
4. The constituent documents of the company, according to the list reflected in Appendix No. 3 to ref. letter;
5. Consent to the processing of personal data in the form of Appendix No. 4 to ref. letter;
6. Completed counterparty questionnaire in the form of Appendix No. 5 to ref. letter.
If you have any questions about this project, we ask you to formulate all the questions in a single letter no later than 03/11/2021.

This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the Customer.
