Vladivostok branch of TD Polymetal LLC invites you to take part in the procurement procedure for drilling operations at the "Long-awaited", "Matenvunai", "Counter Square" sites for the needs of LLC "Mayskoye" (Chukotka Autonomous Okrug).

1. Detailed requirements for this project are reflected in the bid documentation:
- "Offer cards" form to fill out;
- terms of reference with applications;
- list of requirements for the composition of Commercial Proposals;
- draft agreement.

Please note that within the framework of this procurement procedure, commercial proposals with alternative deadlines for the production of works are also accepted for consideration.

2. To participate in this procurement procedure, all tabs of the "Offer Card" form must be filled in.

3. Proposals submitted without the documentation specified in the list of requirements for the composition of the Commercial Proposal will not be accepted for consideration.

4. The main criteria for choosing the best offer:
- compliance of the commercial offer with the requirements of the Requirements Specification;
- availability of the necessary documents in accordance with the Requirements Specification and the requirements of the bid documentation;
- experience of similar work;
- terms and cost of work;
- agreement with the draft agreement;
- terms of payment;
- the quality of filling out bid documentation.

5. This request for proposal procedure is not a tender, a public tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.

6. The draft contract is not a public offer, however, its terms will be binding on the winner.
