1. Proposals are accepted for the selection of a subcontractor for the performance of works on the improvement of the street, according to the attached documentation. It is desirable to perform the entire scope of work by one subcontractor.

3. This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer that exceed those listed in the terms of the competition.
