Auto-extension

Payment terms:
- 40% of the cost of work under the Contract is paid by the Customer to the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor after the first stage of work is completed within 10 (ten) calendar days after the Customer receives the project documentation and the parties sign the act of acceptance and transfer of the project documentation;
- 40% of the cost of work under the Contract is paid by the Customer to the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor after the second stage of work is completed within 10 (ten) calendar days after the Customer receives the working and estimate documentation and the parties sign the act of acceptance and transfer of the working and estimate documentation;
- the final payment in the amount of 20% of the cost of the work is paid to the Contractor after the Customer receives a notification of the entry of an industrial safety expert opinion in the register of industrial safety expert opinions on the basis of an invoice issued by the Contractor and an act of acceptance and transfer of completed works signed by the parties.
The interest payments on the first and second stages can be increased by the Customer.

Terms and stages of performance of works under the Contract:
Commencement of work: the date of commencement of work is the date of conclusion of the Contract.
The first stage is the development of project documentation within 45 calendar days from the start of work;
The second stage is the development of working and estimate documentation within 20 calendar days after the development of project documentation;
The total time for the development of design, working and estimate documentation should not exceed 65 calendar days from the date of commencement of work.
