Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Оплата работ, указанных в п.1.1 Проекта договора, производится Заказчиком в течение 20 (двадцати) банковских дней со дня подписания акта о приемке выполненных работ, справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат, предоставления Подрядчиком счетов-фактур и счета на оплату.
Подрядчик выставляет счет на оплату в течение 5 (пяти) банковских дней со дня подписания обеими Сторонами акта о приемке выполненных работ и справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат.
Оплата производится на основании счета путем безналичного перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Подрядчика.

Условия и порядок выполнения работ указаны в Приложении №1 к Проекту договора.
