Comments:
Required conditions for the tender:
Contractor must be registered as a legal entity with the necessary permits; not included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers; is not in the process of liquidation and not recognized by court decision bankrupt.
The contractor must provide:
• the tender participant's questionnaire (company card);
• a reference list for similar types of work;
• copies of the balance sheet and income statement for the last 3 years;
• to confirm the rights to sell, install, connect and maintain satellite navigation equipment in the Russian Federation
• confirm the existence of a license (certificate) of approval for the activity being procured;
• Confirm the availability of 7 Wialon certified, qualified technicians
• Confirm the ownership or other legal basis of the instruments and necessary accessories;
• Confirm the availability of your own installation and maintenance service;
• to confirm the rights to use the satellite monitoring system in the Russian Federation;
• The contractor provides in its TAP a list of types of works and services and decrypts the cost of goods and services, the monthly subscription fee for one (1) unit of equipment and services, included in the subscriber service, specify the name of the Data Protocol. The hardware must have an open protocol. After the contract ends, the Contractor undertakes to provide passwords to the monitoring terminals.
• The TKP consists of two parts:
(a) The commercial part with a costing appendix (decrypting the cost of goods and services), the cost of transport and travel expenses.
b) technical part.
The commercial part must include:
- Proposal, signed by the head and stamped by the company or scanned copy, fax. The total bid price shall cover all of the bidder's obligations to meet the requirements contained in the tender documents and the technical specification, including the cost of equipment, consumables materials, delivery services, transportation and travel expenses, etc.
- specify the form and conditions of the calculation:

The technical part should include:
- Performance and equipment warranty periods (equipment must be at least 18 months warranty;
- Guaranteed deadlines;
- written confirmation of the total amount of work claimed by the Customer;
- written confirmation of familiarization with the object (technical assignment or other documents explaining the subject matter of the tender).
