Auto-extension
If within the last 60 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 60 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Customer makes an advance payment in the amount not exceeding 50% of the value of the batch of biological products within 5 (five) working days from the date of sending the Contractor a preliminary application for the work. Payment of the remaining cost of the batch of biological products is carried out by the Customer within 5 (five) working days from the date of acceptance of the batch of biological products.
Delivery terms:Delivery of batches of biological products is carried out at the expense of the Contractor in compliance with the appropriate temperature regime at the address: Republic of Mordovia, Saransk, Lodygina str., house 3.

Обоснование: Настоящим ООО «БиоРост» информирует Вас, что в соответствие с п.7.14.3 Положения о закупках ООО «БиоРост», утвержденного решением Единственного участника ООО «БиоРост» №13 от 28.03.2022 г., «о признании закупки несостоявшейся и о рассмотрении возможности заключения договора с единственным ее участником (в порядке, установленном в разделе 9.3 Положения), если только одна заявка признана соответствующей требованиям, либо о завершении закупки без заключения договора», в связи с тем, что по окончании срока подачи предложений на участие в открытом запросе предложений №3227032 от 10.02.2023 г. подана только одна заявка от участника - Участник №1 –ООО «Биоторг», признать открытый запрос предложений несостоявшимся. Учитывая замечания экспертов (Приложение №1 к Протоколу), признать победителем запроса предложений №3227032 от 10.02.2023 г. единственного участника – ООО «Биоторг»
