performing work on Replacing the support base of the excavator ESH 6.5/45 No. 71, according to the terms of Reference and repair list (Appendix A)
The main conditions of the contract concluded based on the results of the tender:
‐ performing repair work in a continuous round-the-clock mode:
‐ performance of work in the conditions of existing production on the territory of the Customer (CCX)
‐ the Contractor has industrial safety certification A.1, B.9.3, a valid certificate of labor protection, electrical safety, certificate for the right to perform work at height, PTM
‐ The contractor, at its own expense, provides personnel with all the tools and devices necessary for high-quality, safe and efficient performance of work, including scaffolding, propane, oxygen, removable lifting devices;
‐ when carrying out hidden work, draw up relevant acts with photo and video recording;
‐ The contractor provides a warranty period for the repaired components and assemblies;
‐ delivery of equipment components/assemblies to the repair site and back at the Contractor's expense.
