Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.

As part of the commercial offer, I ask you to send the completed Questionnaire of the counterparty – the form in the attachment, Consent to the processing of personal data – the form in the attachment, the constituent documents according to the list:
1. The Charter (in the latest edition with all amendments and additions);
2. certificate of state registration (assignment of OGRN);
3. Certificate of tax registration;
4. Decision of the authorized management body of a legal entity on the appointment of an executive body;
5. Letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
6. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
7. accounting (financial) statements for the last reporting year, or for the last reporting period;
8. Bank statement on the movement of funds for the last 3 months.

The customer reserves the right not to consider the proposals of companies that have not provided Commercial Proposals and/or have provided Commercial Proposals not in the form of an offer card, as well as not in full (without specifying specific indicators, equipment, depreciation calculation, staffing table (see the offer card tab).

The names of the documents must correspond to their contents.
