we ask you to consider the possibility of providing services and, if so, provide the following information:
1. Form Map proposal Annex No. 2;
2. A detailed financial estimate-CMA cost calculation, construction and Assembly works and other expenses;
3. Acceptance of the terms of the draft Treaty and supplementary agreement Annex No. 3 or protocol differences.
4. License that corresponds to the desired type;
5. Recommendations from customers on extended services (if available);
6. The founding documents of the Organization (BIN, the Inn, the certificate of registration with the State social funds (statistics), the articles of Association of the legal entity, ENTITIES).
7. Specify the validity conditions are in calendar days.
The procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF;
This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
The attached Agreement is not a public offer, but the terms of the contract will be binding for the winning bidder.
