Within an hour after the end of the auction, you must download the final Commercial offer based on the results of the procedure, indicating: the price submitted on the E-Marketplace for each lot in the currency of the procedure, excluding VAT.

The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer at the option of the Supplier.
