Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Comments:
The procurement organizer selects the winner of the procurement procedure for each Lot for the full volume of removal by Lot(s) or for part of the Lot(s), depending on the number of units of logging equipment from contractors.

According to the results of the commercial evaluation of the proposals of the Procurement Participants, several stages of re-bidding can be carried out.

Only participants who meet the qualification requirements are allowed to re-order.
