Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

Comments: 1. The purpose of the competition is to obtain final proposals with the lowest possible final cost. The decision to choose the winner is made based on the results of comparing the terms of commercial offers, taking into account the technical conclusion of the customer and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding the participants, as well as the OTIF indicator (in full, on time) of the supplier.
The procedure is carried out in two stages: at the first (preliminary) stage, it is necessary to submit a preliminary tap, taking into account all the technical aspects indicated in the TOR /OL (terms of reference / questionnaire) for its approval with technical specialists. After the elimination of possible shortcomings and the approval of the preliminary tap, the second (main) stage will be opened.
At the main stage, it is necessary to submit your full TCP + a completed comparative table indicating:
a. All technical aspects, taking into account the comments sent to you by the customer's technical specialists;
b. The minimum cost of equipment, spare parts, services for installation, commissioning, cold and hot testing (if available in the TOR);
c. The delivery time of equipment, services;
d. Payment terms for equipment/services. If it is impossible to deliver on the terms of full deferred payment (which is considered as a negative factor and affects the results of the supplier selection), it is necessary to take into account additional guarantees for the refund of the advance payment, for example, a bank guarantee, etc.
e. the final payment in the amount of at least 20% of the cost of the equipment must be made after the signing of the Act on putting the equipment into operation;
f. The proposed payment terms should take into account the practice of payment days in METALLOINVEST Group (making payments to counterparties once a week).
g. The validity period of the TAP (at least 2 months).
h. Delivery terms (DDP or DAP destination station/warehouse of the consignee, Incoterms)
If the price targets of the project are not reached, a rebidding stage is possible.

During the procedure, the participants' price offers are assigned a color indicator:
• Yellow if the offer is the best or differs by no more than 3% from the best price;
• Red if the offer differs by more than 3% from the best price.
