Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Оплата по Договору производится в рублях по курсу, установленному ЦБ РФ, на день оплаты в следующем порядке:
• аванс в размере 50% от стоимости Товара, установленной в пункте 2.1 Договора, в срок не позднее 15-ти банковских дней с момента подписания договора.
• аванс в размере 30% от стоимости Товара, установленной в пункте 2.1 Договора, в срок не позднее 15-ти банковских дней с момента уведомления Заказчика о готовности Товара к отгрузке.
• окончательный расчет производится Покупателем по счету Поставщика после подписания товарной накладной ТОРГ-12, с последующим выставлением счета-фактуры, до 31.12.2017г.
Оплата по Договору осуществляется на основании выставленного Поставщиком счета.
