The Commercial Proposal must be drawn up according to the template of Tambov Bacon LLC (see attachment), Equivalents will be accepted for consideration only if reflected in the tabular part "Requested Nomenclature" / "Proposed equivalent".
Please take into account that the coordination and clarification of technical characteristics should take place at the stage of the Bidding Procedure with the technical specialist specified in the TP.
It is necessary to provide a detailed description of the Equivalent you are proposing in the Commercial Proposal itself, as well as the availability of Appendices to the Commercial Proposal (No. 1; 2 ...) with drawings, passports, certificates and other additional documents
for the possibility of evaluating the proposed Equivalent, at the stage of requesting documentation by The B2B platform (or A Follow-Up document Request upon completion of The Bidding Procedure).
Mandatory information in the Commercial Proposal:
- THE VALIDITY PERIOD of the Commercial Proposal is 3 months.
- Delivery time (in calendar days according to schedule);
- Warranty expiration date;
- Cost with VAT per lot unit, RUB;
- Terms of payment (payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 50 (fifty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods;
- Work experience with Rusagro Group, on the market, years;
- Readiness to work on the standard contract and specification-conclusion of the contract, appendices and specifications in the form provided by Tambov Bacon LLC (see attachment);
- Supplier status.- manufacturer or official distributor, availability of a license and a licensed warehouse;
- Quality certificates for products, specifications (product composition).
The Commercial Proposal will be accepted for consideration, subject to its availability in the attached files and 100% compliance with the final Figures and Items stated on the E-Marketplaces, mandatory reflection of the total amount of the Commercial Proposal, in the form of Tambov Bacon LLC.
At the end of the Bidding Procedure, a Follow-Up document Request will Be Opened to upload documentation To The TP.
* Without a Commercial Proposal file for the Tambov Bacon LLC formepo with a visa and seal, the Commercial Proposal will not be accepted for consideration.
1. Constituent documents must be attached to the commercial offer (certified TIN, OGRN, Charter, Unified State Register of Legal Entities (no more than 1 month old),
2. Financial and tax reporting for the last 2 calendar years, an order appointing a manager, an order appointing a chief accountant,
3. Information on the average number of employees (Form according to CND 1110018).
4. Confirmation letter on the availability of resources for the execution of the transaction.
5. Certificate of the status of settlements with the budget received under the TCS (the certificate must be received no more than 1 month at the time of conclusion of the contract).
