Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% - based on the Supplier's invoices within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products and acceptance of the AUCTION-12 by the Buyer.

An advance payment of no more than 30% of the cost of products is possible.

The provision of deferred payment will be an advantage.
Delivery terms:According to the purchase items, namely:
1. Part of the items - delivery: Sakhalin region, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, village. Nogliki (included in the price)
2. Part of the items - pickup from the Supplier's warehouse

Comments:
The offer must meet the technical requirements (see the procurement documentation).

Analogues of the corresponding TK of quality are accepted for consideration.

It is necessary to provide (upload):

1. Commercial offer with prices and delivery dates according to the form (attached).
2. All necessary certificates for the products.

A rebidding is planned.
