Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment will be made within 60 days after delivery. If it is impossible to fulfill the required payment conditions, offer your alternative option. We reserve the right to choose an acceptable option for cooperation in terms of payment terms.
The price in the commercial offer must be indicated taking into account the delivery to the destination specified in the terms of reference, while the cost of delivery must be allocated separately for each nomenclature unit.

Comments: Attachment of a scanned copy of the Commercial Offer on the Supplier's letterhead with a certifying signature is required.
Agreement with the standard Contract of LLC "VKM-STEEL", the Regulations for the acceptance of scrap metal and additional penalties for the supply of scrap with a high percentage of blockage is mandatory. The power of attorney for the freight forwarder driver when delivering scrap metal to LLC "VKM-STEEL" must be issued in accordance with the attached sample.
Delivery of scrap metal (lots) to LLC "VKM-STEEL", if your company is chosen as a supplier, is carried out ONLY if there is the following package of documents in accordance with GOST2787-75/2787-2019:
1) Quality document (certificate);
2) A document (certificate) on radiation safety, explosion safety and chemical safety;
3) Decontamination document (certificate) (lots of scrap and waste coming from enterprises using radioactive substances in the production process).
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the Commercial Offer is, in accordance with Articles 435 and 436 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, an offer irrevocable during the entire above-mentioned period of delivery of goods. (Supplier) undertakes to deliver on the terms specified in this offer, in case of receipt of acceptance for the whole or part of the assortment by one of the persons to whom this offer is addressed, during the entire term of this offer.
