Обращаем Ваше внимание, что условиями данной закупочной процедуры на ЭТП являются:
- ЗАКРЫТАЯ ПОДАЧА ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЙ.
Заявку с полным пакетом документов необходимо разместить на ЭТП до СРОКА ОКОНЧАНИЯ ПОДАЧИ ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЙ.
Заявки подаются в электронной форме с использованием функционала электронной торговой площадки (ЭТП)
www.b2b-bashneft.ru и в соответствии с ее техническими особенностями, правилами и регламентами. Подача ценовых предложений осуществляется участниками непосредственно на ЭТП до даты и времени окончания срока подачи заявок участников. При этом в установленный срок заявки участников размещаются на ЭТП в виде комплекта (комплект состоит из отсканированных документов, указанных в приложении "Опись документов", и коммерческого предложения в EXCEL-формате).
Место проведения процедуры: Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме на ЭТП группы B2B-Center (www.b2b-center.ru). Предложения участников подаются в форме электронного документа, подписанного электронной цифровой подписью.
