| Payment terms: | An advance payment of 30% (thirty) percent of the price of the Agreement is paid by the Buyer no later than 60 (sixty) business days after the signing of the Agreement. The final settlement of 70% of the value of the Goods, the Buyer makes within 60 (sixty) working days from the date of delivery of the Goods. The final settlement in the amount of 70% of the cost of the Works under the Agreement is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed, offsetting the advances paid in proportion to the cost of the Works performed. |
