Comments: Doronichi Agrofirma JSC requires a volume of 1,388 tons of premixes for poultry farming and delivery in batches monthly starting from 10.09.2021 on an agreed schedule with the customer. See the technical assignment in more detail. Prices must be given with VAT and delivery of the car (by car) in bags up to 25 kg on pallets up to 1 ton, the basis of delivery: Kirov region. , Orichevsky district, Strizhi, st. Kirov, 12. Acceptance is based on the buyer's weights.
The agreement will be concluded with Doronichi Agrofirma JSC, preferably under the form of the customer's contract.
A quality certificate, declaration of conformity, TTN will need to be provided at the conclusion of the contract. When entering the Kirov region, it is necessary to undergo a TU sanitary treatment and a deed of sanitary processing.
Only CPs obtained at ETP are considered. Please specify the expiration of this proposal in the KP. Also attach a declaration of conformity, quality credentials and partner card for ESB verification on the ETP.
This trading procedure is not an auction or contest, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail a legal obligation with the Customer to choose the supplier.
